Requirements

There is no requirement to have completed any other particular event in order to participate in the Hong Kong 100.  You do, however, need to be an experienced trail runner and must be sufficiently skilled and trained to undertake the event.  the course is very tough and demanding with remote sections that can result in slower first aid / rescue response times.  There are some very steep sections and parts are rough under foot.  Ensure that you are in good health and that you do not have any illness that will hinder your ability to complete the event.  It is your responsibility to monitor your health and condition during the event and to withdraw from the event if you are no longer fit enough to continue.

Application received on or before 1 December 2011:  HK$800
After 1 December 2011: HK$1000

Transfers, cancellations and refunds

We understand that circumstances may arise which prevent you from participating in the event.

1. You are able to transfer your entry to anyone else with no charge up to 18 January 2012.  After that, any transfers will incur a HK$100 administration fee.  Please note that it is each participant's responsibility to find a replacement.  No transfers are allowed after 1 February 2012.
2. If you cannot find anyone to replace you and would prefer a refund of your entry fee we are able to provide a 50% refund if you advise us by email anytime before 18 January 2012.  No refund will be provided for request of cancellations after 18 January 2012.

報名資格 

主辦機構並無規定，參賽者必須曾經參加並完成任何其他賽事，才能參加「香港100」。然而，參賽者應為有經驗的野外跑手，其技術和訓練水平足以應付賽事。本次比賽的賽道難度頗高，部分路段位置偏僻，一旦發生事故，救援人員可能需要較長時間才能到達現場。部分賽道非常陡斜或崎嶇難行。參賽者必須具備良好健康狀況，沒有任何病患，以致影響完成賽事的能力。參賽者在比賽期間，應留意自己的身體狀況，若身體狀態不宜繼續，則應退出比賽。

報名費 

於2011年12月1日或之前報名，費用為 港幣  ＄800。若於2011年12月1日後報名，費用為 港幣  $1000。

轉名、取消及退還報名費

倘若於報名後基於個別原因而最終無法參賽：

1. 已報名者可將參賽權轉讓給任何人士，於2012年1月18日前提交無需另行收費。若未能於該日期之前提交，則須支付手續費港幣$100。敬請注意，擬轉讓參賽權者須自行物色替代人選。於2012年2月1日後不可轉名。
2. 若無法覓 得替代人選，而欲獲得退還報名費，請於2012年1月18日之前以電郵通知主辦機構，可獲半數退還報名費。若於2012年1月18日之後才作出退出比賽的通知，將不獲退還報名費。
